Are you using the keywords you want your website to rank high in google in your website title? Also, the content in your site: how's the keyword density there? I'm not an expert, but I would make sure that firstly the site ranks even some low position in google for the most searched keywords in my niche. Then getting more and more backlinks would rise the site higher and higher in google and bringin more organic traffic.

Is the site based on a popular niche or search term?

I built a site once around one of my favorite hobbies. I ranked in the top 3 for all the keywords I wanted. The only problem was nobody was searching for information on my topic so I didn't get many visitors. It was years ago and might have been too early in the life of the internet and would probably due better now.

You may just be impatient. Site started 20 days ago. Give it some time. Also, maybe the keywords are so competitive that your competition is already getting all the traffic. Or, maybe no one is searching.

I checked your site and to my eyes the site itself looks actually very good, although I would put the main keywords and few related keywords in your websites title. BUT, the niche seems to be quite saturated. If you do a search for main term of your niche in google it gives around 40,000,000 results and seobooks keyword tool gives estimation of 600-700 searches per day for that same term so I would say there's quite a lot competition there and hard to break in.

I'm a noob, but I would say you need a lot and lot of those backlinks to get higher in google search results pages and that way getting more and more traffic.

Maybe more advanced users can give you more advices. I hope this helps a little..

getting traffic is the hardest part! You also need to focus on 'low hanging fruit' first - that is to say keywords with little competition. If it's a very competitive sector you will not be able to score for top traffic keywords until you have earned some points by going for these easier terms first.
