Cookie Stuffing?

Could someone please recommend a resource that will explain the in's and out's of cokkie stuffing?

I have read alot in this forum, but am failing to get the 'jist' of it.

I am quite intrigued.

Cookie Stuffing is the act of forcing a cookie, which contains your affiliate tracking ID, onto someone's computer without them having to click your affiliate link. You then get commissions for the things that they purchase from the website the cookie belongs to, or for them simply registering on the site.
