no. the page might be up there ... but submitting via rss pingers etc. is not enough nowadays.there are a lot of people out there that do promote the same thing as you.
also try to stay away from free hosting ... often they have popup banners etc. that distract your visitors from your links and adds.

It's a start. Expand from where you have started. Start to build on your ideas & brainstorm. Simply taking your affiliate links and putting them on a page (which will look obviously like pure spam) will not get you anywhere.
You need a plan. I can help steer you. Focus on fewer (less than 50) affiliate links. Brainstorm ways, techniques, methods, tactics, whatever to help drive TARGETED traffic (related to the affiliate product/service). Once you find affiliates that convert in a statistical manner (can be repeated) then by all means automate that shit!
catman08 - Free hosting may be good,. There are certain free web hosts that will transfer authority to sub directories (freehost.com/yourspace) which will in turn help rank the given hosted pages substantially vs. a new domain. Although I do emphasize free web hosts MIGHT work...I suggest getting old domains or building your own C-class blog farm so you don't have to worry about that kind of stuff.
