For adult billing CCBill is good they have a recurring membership setup and they control the whole thing along with affiliates so you don't have to write checks and handle rebills/cancellations etc. So you don't even have to worry about scripting you just set the dir where members login and they do the rest.

For hosting make sure you get an adult friendly host. Not sure your budget but I would get a dedicated server from fdcservers.net or CIHost and if you're paranoid go offshore.

First off, you could get 25% revshare or better just promoting any of the pre-established adult sites that already have the promo tools in place for you. I would definitely negotiate a better revshare deal with your little lady. Sounds like you'll be doing all the work while she gets to play. Also, make sure you are U.S.C. Section 2257 compliant to cover your asses.
