ok, so anyways, to answer your traffic questions. you have some options. but it really depends on the type of sites or pages you're building. tgps/mgps? blogs? tubes?
for the sake of it, i'm going to assume you're blogging, being as this tends to be the best startup spot for people in adult right now. you honest to god best bet is to build a well seo'd blog. make sure you theme is well seo'd take care to choose good keywords and maintain appropriate density in good keyword rich seo'd text throughout each post. blogs are all about words. from here, build links. you can purchase high pr backlinks for pretty reasonable prices. gfy.com's buy & sell area should have plenty of pr backlink packages for sale at a reasonable price at any given time. you can also build your own backlinks largely through any combo of white/grey/blackhat techniques. you also have the option of buying clicked traffic. blacklabelads.com is the adult equivalent of adwords/adsense, though i personally wouldn't recommend this traffic as it never did shit for me. i also wouldn't recommend running the blacklabelads adzones on anything other than rss fed blogs. you're just leaking your quality search engine traffic for pennies by doing so. if you're looking at buying clicked traffic, check out buyfpctraffic.com and look into their clicked traffic. it maintained fairly high prod for me. and costs around 3 cents a click.
for tgp/mgp sites you have a few options. buyfpctraffic.com again has skimmed traffic, as well as trafficholder.com and chokertraffic.com. trafficholder's general traffic is about as cheap of skimmed traffic as you will find anywhere. though i'd suggest looking at buying your traffic either by niche or country. this will obviously keep your production up. if you're doing a tgp/mgp, get yourself a clean design, handcrop your thumbs, and you will actually maintain a decent level of production as far as clicks to galleries are concerned. to grow your traffic you should be adding new links out to other tgp/mgps at a steady pace, and skimming traffic towards them as you buy traffic, this in turn will start them skimming traffic back to you. there's a handful of excellent tutorials on this out there, so i won't go into it here . if this is the route you're going i suggest you look around for them.
tube sites. well, you have a couple options here still, chokertraffic is now selling clicked traffic for tube sites from tubesites starting at $3.25/1000 clicks, which is probably your best bet as far as buying traffic goes. you could probably make do with buyfpctraffic's clicked hits.
for any of the above you always have the option to buy links on well established high traffic adult sites, i personally think that buying well positioned text links is your best option, though you can consider text or button links. i just had better luck myself with visibly placed text links. shop around, there's plenty of people selling.
