Here's a way to stop serial refunders, yes it might be a pain in ass but it will safe alot of refunds.

If someone buy's a digital product from me. all i do is send them a cd with the files via special delivery, because then they can't claim a non recieved product etc.. plus it also protects you more as you posted the product rather then digital delivery.

Just a way i get out of refunds

Closing a Paypal account is not instantaneous. It's not like you close it and you're gone.

You guys do realize that with digital products all you need to say is 'the product is intangible' and PayPal will not refund right?

Always worked for me.

Unless the rules have changed in the past year PayPal does not cover digital products.

We need to go to specifics here.

If an item is "not as described" then you can't get a refund. (e.g. you ordered a blue software and you received a red software)

If an item is intangible and a buyer claimed a non recpt - paypal will refund the account. If the buyer goes directly to his cc company then he can file an immediate chargeback.

If the item purchased is tangible and you have proof of delivery and the buyer claims a non receipt then you win the case.
