How to monetize "questionable" niche?

The topic/niche happens to be "shoplifting tips and advice" (seriously), site is chock full of handwritten original content, decently backlinked with OK traffic, do not want to risk adsense acct exposure. What is best way to monetize? (just need advice on ads or other revenue links, not SEO) - thanks

Lol thats funny, maybe you could write an ebook and sell it, but I am sure a lot of your visitors will find a way to get it for free instead of buying it tho lol... These people are interested in easy money so maybe you could promote make easy money products or cpa offers or something.. idk..

CPA Lead, probably. Access to 1 tip = complete 1 offer.

I'd keep the surveys to the low-value email submits, as those would probably convert the best.
