She must be hiring a lot of people online. Even if she did it on her own, it must not take more than 10 Hours to do so and that is ok as she makes her Living by selling those Links

Its a piece of piss. All she does is search for footprints in forums/profile pages of software thats plugged into a site that she knows does not have nofollow attributes.

Then she just manually signs up to the sites.

Doesn't require hiring any people at all.

She has waaaay too many profiles. Doing so by hand would take an extremely long time.
