My BHCB Method/Idea & Question
So I had an idea. I just got a really good domain, so good that it's making go back into CPA.
My domain gets a lot of traffic. What I'm going to do is setup bhcb and leave it to never go away. Why? Because I'm going to say my website is under construction atm. Now, I wouldn't need to use bhcb for this, I could just use a simple and regular page saying it is under construction.
But here's the catch. I want to know if I add bhcb to a page, will google read only the content on the actual page, or will google spider read whats on my bhcb lock popup also?
What I want to do is this: I want to create a page which will be highly optimized for three keywords. But the text I write won't be very human friendly so to say. So I want to slap bhcb over the page, and set it to stay on the page for a long time, so that the person won't see the page.
And on the bhch I will say bla bla bla, we're under construction and we're so sorry for the inconvenience that we're giving away a free <insert cpa offer here> to make up for the trouble. Something like this.
This way my page will be totally optimized (and the person won't be able to read the non-human friendly page) and I'll be able to pitch my offer. That's why I want to know if the spider will read the popup also or only the page. I guess it doesn't matter if it reads both, as long as it reads the page.
This seems like it could work well and if it does in my niche it will be HIGHLY profitable
If this does work, I hope it gives you some ideas on how to twist this.

Re: My BHCB Method/Idea & Question
So does anyone know if google will still read the page with BHCB? I know nothing about coding but I think google will still read the page since the bhcb is only a javascript include.

Re: My BHCB Method/Idea & Question
Ofcourse, as BHCB is a mere pop-up that has no actual affiliation with the original page, I'd reckon

Why wouldn't it work? As long as I'm not keyword stuffing or something I think its safe.

Isn't BHCB javascript that Google will ignore?

^^Correct.
BHCB is Javascript based and currently Googlebot doesn't crawl Javascript, so you should be all set.

That's great. Seems like this should work fine then.
Thanks

Re: My BHCB Method/Idea & Question
If your domain is already getting traffic, I think this could work. It depends on the affiliate offer. It will be targeted to your traffic you have I assume...

Yeah, I will be using a free macbook air offer, and my niche is laptops. Yes, I'm already getting good traffic from one keyword, want to expand to getting #1 position on two more.
I've implemented this yesterday and since my website already gets a lot of traffic I've made nice bucks. Thanks guys, I just wanted to make sure that google bot would still read the page.
Since people aren't reading the page I can write some bullshit that is keyword optimized and not have to worry much about it being human friendly. I honestly just copied fragments from a bunch of articles and made a big 1,200 word article. Since bhcb is on the page, people can't read it anyway.
If I drop in ranking or anything I'll let you guys know.
