I am looking for an expert SEO guy able to launch and manage a SEO project, a black/grey one.
Countries are Italy, France and Germany.
The idea is to create multi landing pages or sites and rank those landing pages or sites in top 5. For best results the idea is to rank constantly and be ready with other sites in the background in order to rank again in case sites or landing pages would be banned.

I think the problem is mate..an "SEO expert" like that..would be making big $ doing his own stuff and charging clients big $$ anyway.
So..your upfront charge might be quite a bit higher than you imagine.
Why not get a freelancer from one of the sites that specialise in internet work...to build your sites and just use normal seo techniques on the site structure..
