what is the best way to inflate hit count?

How would I go about getting a couple thousand more hits, per day, to my site by people who don't care?
I thought automated traffic exchanges were good, but all I find is 10-15 second rotations that only allow one session at a time. Are there any automated ones that can open up multiple windows, or is there a better solution to this problem?
