Is that too much keywords in a blog message ?

Want to know please, how search engines, people look like if i put a message in a blog and look like that.

Popular Keyword 1: casino (30 occurrences)
Popular Keyword 2: Online (22 occurrences)
Popular Keyword 3: free (4 occurrences)

Does look like spam, message, too much keywords, please

But i make template so normal to get more thasn 3 times same keywords, if you speak in a blog message about 20 casinos.
