IS it smart or safe to give some body my Google Adwords Account number so that they can plug into Google MMC to evaluate my Adwords campaign to help me out

There seems to be no reason that that person need to go into your account to help you.

You can supply all the data needed without that person going into your account, right?

Absolutely not!

If that other person checking your account has had their ip red flagged by google in the past for negative practices, then you most likely will have that account banned.

The idea is reversed in the following article but pretty much works the same way:

Okay I think you allmisread my orginal post..

1st No I dont know the person at all

2nd--I said account number(Not Log In ID and password)

So basically he will not be accessing my account but he will be able to see my campaign using the software Google MMC

Why not ask Google Support themselves?

I usually get a reply from them within 24 hours.

And, if Google said it is ok.... if anything goes wrong, you got their email reply to straighten things back to way it was.

The only thing I can see is them trying to steal my campaign if they see I have low keyword bids.

Right now I only pay .12 per keyword

That is a risk you gotta take to make your next ten campaigns successful.

I hope you will do a background check that these guys can really add value to your business.

Well They cannot edit my campaign in no way. They can only see it or view it. so they only negative thing about this I'm seeing is them stealing my campaign and copying my style..

Yeap, that is the drawback when you need to get 1 on 1 help.

You need to decide whether the the things that you are going to learn will outweigh the risk of having your current campaign being copied.
