All those links have public stats like Webalizer or Awstats and got even few .gov and .edu there. You just have to get a good proxy list and let the prstorm doing his job.
I even had my IP banned by google for 2 hours, but this was my first link harvest

maybe you schould learn how to usw the search. this question got asked about 100 times....

You can use proxies while harvesting at Google. Also you can use scripts which changes your ip addresses in certain times.

i know that but nobody answers with a good response.

i usually use aol to harvest urls and footprints etc. and they NEVER ban me.
