The best one is ContentBoss by far. No question. Especially integrated with SEnuke... it's a monthly subscription though.

Article spinner seems to be in demand in marketing.Does it exactly rewrite the original article?I want to try it but i'm afraid to do so.

It's not bad, but with the new updates TBS is better (in my opinion).

Don't own it just yet, and I've tried Content Boss and a bunch of others and we all know probably most on the market currently.

However....Rewriter Rocket really looks to be probably the one to beat and would love to know if there is a crack for it, otherwise I think I'll probably foot the bill on this one.
