    proxies!
google http and socks proxies lists

or if you search around someone here has a script on their site that will scape proxies for you.

yeah i have used proxies before, and just changed my internet settings to use them. but the web was extremely slow after that. I played around with it and still couldnt get it functioning as normal.

Any ideas? I know there loads of proxy lists on here, but is there any tool you can put them in to use?

I am sure I have seen something that doesn that but cannot remember the bloody thing

unless you pay for dedicated proxies your not gonna get lightning fast connections for use on a proxy server.

i guess if you really don't want to use http/socks proxies, you could use TOR? and there are also addons for firefox that make proxy use easier like 'foxyproxy'

hide my ip doesnt last long either. Try dsl or dialup especially if you post on Craigslist with any kind of autoposter. dialup works great with clbotpro

sites online will advise you on proxies ,not really my thing since i like dialup .If its on a modem its a static ip (fixed) What you can do is get a dynamic ip which will change each login if you want to use cable

You could use SwitchProxy firefox add-on with proxies from proxy lists. Here is a tutorial how to use it: How To Hide Your IP Using SwitchProxy Firefox Add-on.

    Iprental is $50/month.

Sounds like it would work great, but that's a stiff wind when you're getting started.

I've used HideMyIP and it currently SUCKS. I had it 2 years ago and it was just OK. Now you can grow old and die waiting for a page to load...and I paid for the 'private proxies'.

Tor/Onion/foxyproxy...yah, write if you get that to work reliably (I mean on-demand, every day, without screaming after a 5 minute wait).

Anybody know of any proxy service that isn't $600 a year? That works at least as well as 56K dialup?

Roberto you are right Tor and foxyproxy and all the time you are on the hunt for a fast working proxy. I did a mistake and imported a long list foreseeing this need but it became a problem, the fast ones were Mexico Canada etc!

I also have hide my IP, and I also find myself swearing!

I hope you're getting better response than I do. I have the upgrade to 'premium private proxies' and either they don't work with FF3 or IE7/8 (what's left - Chrome?), or they just flat don't work at all.

Churn, churn, churn, 'please wait while proxy is found', blah-blah-blah. It's a flat-out waste of money in my experience.

I had hide my IP a couple of years ago, and it worked. It was a bit slow but it did work. The 'new' version they have now does not - at least for me.

I use hide your ip address 1.0 software + proxy list fromhttp://www.ip-adress.c0m/proxy_list/ I copy all proxy list in this software and press check list then I got fastest proxies sorted I use only proxies with ping time 0 sec or 1 sec. Sometimes i got proxies which works very fast

Many good suggestions. Putting in my 2 Euro cent.

    I believe that ipchanger.com is now otchanger.net
    (Not sure though.)

    There is also
    Code:
    http://www.proxyfire.net/
( Proxy server hunter and checker. Free and paid versions. )
