There submitter is basically just a app to submit directly to different search engines and article sites if Im not mistaken

one is practically useless since most search engines find your stuff anyways. If you want to build backlinks for SEO benefit(higher rankings) Get GSA search engine ranker. GSA seo indexer submits to whois sites which are crawled by search engines. The idea is to index the links you create with GSA search engine ranker or another backlink tool. The auto submitter i would not get period

GSA SER is a beast. Had it now for about a month. Very happy with it. SEO indexer, not sure if that even works. But I got it, for $20 it is worth a try
