    Default SENUKE XCR - Refund Request

    I started the SENUKE XCR 14 day trial on March 1, 2013. I performed a couple of Full Monty runs, and I can testify to added back links for my site. It's a good product.

    Unfortunately, I ran into some medical problems that prohibited me from using SENUKE any further, and demanded that - for now - I mind my medical bills before anything else. So I sent a refund request last Friday and Saturday to the support email and contact email provided on my PayPal receipt.

    SENUKE promises to refund within 30 days of starting the free trial. It's Tuesday the 26th now, and I haven't received word from SENUKE. I called a moment ago and received a voicemail.

    How long should I expect it to take for someone to get back to me? If they take longer than four days to respond, will it become more difficult to get a refund, or will they honor my earlier request?

    I came here because this is a large community of which a significant portion has used SENUKE. If someone has encountered a similar issue, one might be able to advise me.

    If I wanted a quick blast, I'd have taken advantage of their 14 day free trial.

    edit: I mentioned the blast to let everyone know that I do not ask for a refund out of poor will. If I simply came to these boards saying I requested a refund - without backstory - it might reflect poorly on the product. I don't wish to degrade their product.

    The only issue I have is with the lack of customer support.

    final edit: I shouldn't even say lack of customer support. They've been helpful, but this instance is slower than I'd wish, especially considering their usual 24-48 hour response time.

    Go on the senuke forum. They are pretty friendly over there.

    How did it turn out?
    Actually I want to get refund too, coz I made a mistake I wasn't ready to buy the software, was trying it and the trial finished and automatic payment from paypal happened.

    I went ahead and open a thread on their forum but no one seemed to give a fuck.
    Sent a message to the paypal email that received the payment and the billing staff, and support.. I've not received any reply yet.

    Are they slow in this kind of stuffs?
    Anyway I have paypal, if they don't refund I can open a dispute.

    Hoping to receive a message from them soon.

    The Nuke guys are pretty solid. I have had dealings with Joe and he has never let me down - They were dealing with some payment processing for another product last week (Sitebildz) so may be a "little behind the 8 ball" a few days back.
    I know they are all sorted now and solid as a rock - so just send a polite reminder and I'm certain you'll get your refund no problem.

    Hey, so sorry for not keeping you guys updated about this. I ended up getting a refund, but I went through PayPal to get it. PayPal offers a resolution where they try to contact the seller (SENuke in this case) and then if SENuke doesn't respond they will refund the money in 14 days. I got the refund faster because I kept pestering PayPal, but....

    SENuke is a bunch of great guys. I've ordered from them since I originally had my problem a few months ago and I got customer service as if I'd never made the refund request before. I'm even going to reorder it for a few months starting in a day or two because I recently got a job promoting a dental office.

    I do recommend going through SENuke and, like Scritty says, a polite reminder will get them in action. They've helped me out with other problems and responded promptly. I was just under so much pressure from being sick and needing that money before. I hope I didn't come off as if I was attacking SENuke.

    It's a great product with great customer service. Keep at it and let us know how they respond.
