How to send MASS PM to forums?

I am looking to send MASS PMs to forums, especially IPB. What tools can I find that would work for this?

Xrumer does this quite nicely. Not sure about what other tools can do that.

I am trying to use Xrumer 7.0.2 to do so but I don't know how to work this program . Any tips? I'm looking to MASS PM a specific forum.

Xrumer is the best option to use...if you don't know how to use it..then may be you can hire some who has Xrumer..he can do it for you for few bucks.
