i mean Available in hotmail Domain or msn load list email in program and Search any email not Registered

Are you trying to check email addresses before sending them emails if they are already registered on hotmail? or something else
Frankly speaking your first post indicates if you are looking to grab a list of valid emails from a file, webpage, forum thread or something like that. Still confusing.

best approach will be to hire a freelancer developer to code that for you.

where do you want it to grab the emails from? A text document? www?
You can search for max bulk extractor you can easily use a serial found on the net or you can search for atomic email hunter cracked version also found on the web. Pm me if you want more details.

No one suggest use the internal search engine or grep *at* /usr/agent69/.hidd3n/archive/x-files.sql i am sure you already have all the emails existing today FBI probly crawle more then google or is google some sort of cover?
Dont get fooled they just cheating trying to bust you all the easy way!
Btw i have a nice tool its priv and not for sale but as i am big fan, lets say i give it for free can you arange some cool fbi.gov sub like owned.fbi.gov (if its free?)
