I installed a particular software and it stops all other things(skype,chrome,yahoo, etc) from working except Mozilla firefox. i have uninstalled the software yet i cannot do anything outside Mozilla

please where can i see this kind of file so to remove it

name the software name so i might can tell you what shits that software changed which cause you this.

You could do a windows restore/rollback to before the installation, if you or the software created a restore point.

...for future protection, install Acronis TrueImage and run a drive clone/backup before any new software install. Then you can get back to the previous system immediately if it causes problems.

You should try configuring your Internet Settings to not use proxies. That could help.

Install again and uninstall it using Revo. Also remove the temporary files.

Well most likely program was some kind of virus, which means it edited windows files and now windows blocks you from entering e.g. skype. Best thing to do would be system restore(as mentioned before). You can also manually delete/edit blocks from windows, but in progress, you can delete or edit wrong file and your windows will be ruined.

Just go with restore ...

thanks guy. you guys are awesome but i am having problem with restore, after doing restoring , everything started working but when i want to uninstall some prgrammes , it will say "uninstall file not avaiable"

should i use revo?? if yes. does anybody has the license key???
