So i find out about this Self hosted script called sendy.

It uses Amazon SES to do mass mailing.

Has anyone tried it before or something similar?

I've never heard of that before.

You can take a look at their website (do a g search... I can't post links yet).

I've never tried mass emailing but I have few lists that I might be able to take advantage but I don't have any clues on how to send mass emailing without getting banned.

If you want to send mass emails then Atomic Email studio is better than this script, I just checked the site and it looks to me autoresponding script with smtp.

In short it is web based email script.

I've heard about sendy (dot) co, but i ever tried it before.. if you want to find out similar sites like sendy then the following link will be much helpful for you.

Sendy has being tested by huge corps... My original question was if it has worked in the IM community.

To tell the truth, I rather use something web based and multiplatform.
