guys, i don't know if this is the right place to post this concern regarding the installation of instagram on bluestacks. but anyway, here is the problem. i downloaded and successfully installed the bluestacks player but whenever i try to install the instagram app, i always keep on getting the same installation error message. for more info, kindly see my attached screenshot of the window. hope my fellow bhatters could help me figure out this one. thanks in advance..

Hm. Perhaps your account is registered to a different country than your IP is coming from?

just an update. i found out that its not only the instagram app having difficulty installing on bluestack. the same error goes out when trying to install facebook, twitter and other apps. does anybody have an idea on how to sort this out. i'm using bluestacks app player for windows beta 1.

what account... i successfully installed instagram on bluestack on my friends pc without error and signing to whatever account. now, this error came out when i try to install every apps on bluestacks.

I had that error, restarted bluestacks and installed it from another app store.

if bluestacks is already installed, just double click on the .apk, it will open Bluestacks and the installation will start automatically, however more than likely you'll get another type of error message throughout the process

it's the same error message i encountered while i was trying to install instagram using Bluestacks on my notebook with weak graphics card, chances it won't work because your graphics card is not eligible
then i tried to get the instagram app work with the official android emulator for PC (Android SDK) with little to no success, i mean little, because i was able to install the .apk this time, but the IG account registration always failed after "network error" message was displayed, plus the emulator is slow as hell

there's another android emulator for PC called YouWave, i liked that one the most, only downside, it doesn't support ARM native code, so it doesn't work with instagram unfortunately

later i successfully installed Bluestacks on another notebook with better config

it just doesn't worth the hassle, you can buy accounts relatively cheap, 1k for $80, $100, $120 depending on your requirements

Blue stacks is very buggy. It's not working on my PC but works on my Laptop

Yes, happened to me too.

You can try the solution mentioned in post #10.

I didn't make any changes.

I just tried and few times and I was finally able to install it.

If you have a slow connection, don't run any other programs while trying to install instagram.
