Ultimate Demo does a great job of this. You can import your own sites.
Plus you can post to a lot of other platforms.

I agree it's not cheap BUT they don't limit you for blasting your own site. So lets say if you got more than 100 sites then just let them know in advance.
Try blasting your site one by one and see the results by yourself

But how do they know if you're blasting for someone else?

I don't know. i said i have more than 100 sites which was true that time but after that i went to local SEO business and did blast clients sites one after another without any problem.
The submission service license they offer is for SEO company i guess not applied to individual SEO's.
But I heard about license ban for blasting crappy sites like porn, adult, gambling etc from other forum which i can't remember right now.
At one time it did just add the directories without checking. Trouble was that people scraped 250,000 URLs and added them which caused things to run very slow. The problem with scraping is that the vast majority of URLs are not valid (dead, offline, not directories anyway) or are already in the package. So SliQ now tests each URL to make pretty sure they'll work. Some other software do let you add a big list but it doesn't mean they actually submit successfully to each URL.
