I'm getting ready to outsource some of our outbound lead gen tactics for my startup. I need a good source to build a list of contact info for potential customers, maybe in the thousands to start. We're targeting the self-employed and freelancers, mainly marketers (not just IM), designers, and business consultants. Any suggestions on where to build it? Places like Manta, YP yield pretty poor results.
