Blackhat seo with proper reporting

Please help me out in finding the best blackhat tools with proper reporting
Some of the intended methods to be available in the tool are:

Article Submission to a large network of blogs / forums( Report :- All the links of the site where the article is posted with full link, in an excel)
Blog Commenting ( Report: - Complete link of the blog with the comment)

So basically the report(pref in excel is to be generated as well, along with the usage of software.

Do suggest.
Any group/individual which can do this manually can PM

You should try looking through the tools yourself and quit being lazy.

I dont have that money to pay for all and check.
The ones I want , dont offer trial also.
