remember you get full source code, so much more usefull as your average tool..but more expensive hehe! if you plan on sending an offer under 1000$ just forget about it as you can make much more using it so 
i made a set of scripts (not php) on linux that is basicially a bot that creates wordpress accounts, logs in and posts content either via self generated xml (using the import function) or posting via xml-rpc. it also has various promotion scripts like registration and posting to social sites, referer spamming, trackback spam, pligg auto reg/post/vote/comment, xss link injection,scuttle registration+submission,comment spam.. also it has some captcha breaking (regen,wp-captcha etc) and question/math solving (like "are you a bot?" or "how much is 1+2?"). the problem is it needs tweaking after a while (update script POST variables and similar stuff), so nothing for a newbie, however its really kept simple so you dont need much programming knowledge to update it. for example, using liveheaders in firefox you can see the POST variables and just have to exchange them with those on the scripts ..sometime services runs fine for ages and sometimes you constantly need changes, but all in all it works fine. was designed to create blogs for free wordpress-mu sites. oh also it got tor/proxy support. i created over 16.000+ social bookmarking accounts with it on various services and thousands of blogs. i wont release it, but might be willing to sell it if anyone makes a good enough offer
