Ok so I've been reading about SEO tools and was wondering for those just getting started what the best cheap options are (I'm going to call cheap free, things we can get for free, or under $50), so affordable on a beginners budget.

Here I've tried to put what I understand are the best available budget options, please comment on any better tools/ones I am missing.
Web2.0 (to replace Senuke) - Manual creation
Article Directories (to replace AMR) - ???
Wiki poster (to replace EWP) - ???
Bookmarking (to replace BMD) - onlywire
Pligg (to replace sick submitter) - cracked version of autopligg
Forum Profiles (to replace xRumer) - outsource to fiverr
Blog Comments (to replace scrapebox) - ???
URL Scraper (to replace scrapebox) - I think I saw a free one in the download section
Spinner (to replace TBS) - can get cracked TBS or spinnerchief
Keyword research - free market samurai

(I think I've covered most general SEO tool categories, if I've missed any please say)

Thanks

Dude, you dont need all those tools. Start with one and go from there otherwise you will end up never using any.

Master one then move to the next. Start with scrapebox then move on to AMR or another.

I am also looking to buy some cheap softwares like these, but do not know where to get these.

i advise you to buy scrapebox, then decide what else you need. Also you could go with free software for a start, take a look at traffic travis.

You can use these tools like IBP, Web CEO & SEO Elite because all are zenith tools.

I would go with a $57 copy of scrapebox. The $4 trial of Magicsubmitter and the one month free trial of SE-Nuke. Rinse and repeat with different paypals if you don't have money. Otherwise I suggest buying them and supporting the developers.

Micro Niche Finder > Scrapebox + SENukeX or Magic Submitter = $$$$

If I could only afford one tool to start it would be scrapebox like the other posters above me have already mentioned.

ZennoPoster will fulfill all your needs if you master it...
otherwise, heads up for scrapebox :)

Ultimate demon can replace amr and bookmarkind demon and EWP. Nothing is better then scrapebox :)

and senuke is cracked so only 50$ per month and a one time payment for scrapebox is all you need

What is only $50 per month?

Also UD is not really budget, although good overall value for money it's very expensive when just starting out.

Many of these tools are available....just look in the download section.
I like I.B.P and Scrape box.

I started with AMR, now added Scrapebox and using free Traffic Travis.

Get Scrapebox to start with. Get a fiverr gig up and start blasting things for people. Once you get some cash from those, buy another tool and so on. That's the best way to make a progress.

You don't need all of those. A combination of AMR + Sick Submitter + BMD + EWP is good enough to take care off all your needs.
