I cant log in or go to the forums. Im also using it on a Virtual box and cannot run the software....

Im not using proxies. Any suggestions?

Did you already ask the support? Possibly yes.

Saying "it does not work, there is an error" is mostly not enough. Maybe you can give a more precise description?
