Here's one that should give you mostly contact forms.

He he I wanted to post this one as well as it comes from the plugin I use mostly on my blogs.
Also you should add keywords as well so you can grab more sites.

Yep, that's exactly what I'm doing. I love Scrapebox's keyword scraping feature. With that I've been able to scrape about 400k pages with the first footprint.

Is there a tool to mass submit messages to contact forms?

It can be done in Scrapebox learning mode, Though I know that there is going to be a tool released soon built specifically for Contact form Posting. The Tool Is Called Paigham Bot.

Back on topic; when submitting urls in the form, do you use raw url or with html? I need the user to be able to click it.
