Any script to leech from one board and post to other PLUS remote uplaod the pictures

I am looking for a script to copy threads from one forum and post them on another with one twist: I would like it to remote upload the pictures to a different image hosting site and change the link accordingly when it posts on 2nd board.
Have you seen anything like it?
