Does putting 3 links into web 2s significantly diminish linkjuice?

Trying to figure this out...

If I post 3 links to promote per w2 will that sap linkjuice when blasting significantly vs. if I'd just done 1 link per w2?

In my experience, 1 is too little and 3 is too much. I have found 2 links to be the best...

2 outgoing links per page does not diminish link juice too much as long as the 2 links point to different URLs.

go with two, maybe 3 in case you have longer articles, or put an link to authority website, don't feel sorry about that one, you'll see the results.

We regularly use 2 in the bio/resource areas and 1 embedded in the content text...

The 'in-content' one normally passes more weight, but I've never experienced any negative kick-back from using 3 in total. Some submitters/sites will limit you anyway, but if it accepts 3, I always use 3.

And we build tens of thousands of links per day - so I'm talking from experience.
