When it is checking for spam protection, is it checking for Akismet?

Good question. I believe it's checking for that type of plugin or program that requires the captcha. Anyone else clarify?

I had the same inquiry, read this:

The ScrapeBox Blog Analyzer Addon allows you to load a list of domains or URL's and then check each one to determine the blog platform type such as Wordpress, Movable Type, Blog Engine, B2Evolution, Expression Engine, Blogger or Drupal and if it's open for commenting, if it has an image captcha or other spam protection. This is ideal for quickly composing a list of blogs available to leave your comment without having to visit every URL one by one checking if commenting is available.

Once installed, you can load a list of domains harvested from ScrapeBox or load domains from a file, you can set how many concurrent threads you wish to use. The addon is multi-threaded and can check 100's of domains per minute. It also allows you to save all results to an Excel spreadsheet, to a text file or even split the list in to their individual platforms, and save only URL's open for commenting.
