It is great,but if you got a big list your need to run it from desktop - and i dont know how to run it on my desktop

Thanx for the answer...but is it normal that gofreeserve.com keep dumping the file contained in the automated zip folder?

I upload the folder, I try to access the run.html but then the server says the file doesn't exist, and if I check the folder I don't find any file...

change the name to index.htm, and delete any index file that was already there.

got it working on my desktop, but gett a tonne of these type messages when im running it:

Notice: Undefined index: in C:\wamp\www\autocommenter.php on line 61

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in C:\wamp\www\autocommenter.php on line 134

any ideas?
and unlike on webhosts, i cant change file extensions by just renaming files,how can i chage run.html to index.htm?

Hi.. If i use domain dot c0m, even i was getting the same error.. that ia because the home page doesn't have any place to add the comment.. Add any page or a post like domain dot c0m/?p=736 and it will be working...

What am I doing wrong?! I've installed it three times and when I hit submit the prgress bar (in firefox) just says "Waiting for mywebsite.com" and stays like that and does nothing?

It looks great, the only problem I can see is the script must timeout.

How about it posts 50, then refreshes its self or something?

I could be wrong...

The alternative would be to run it from command prompt or shell.. that would work very nicely.

I will have a test when I get home from work later it looks pretty awesome

ok, use it on wamp, which uses your computer as a server

go to the php.ini and search: memory

change the memory AND timeout to 999999, and leave it at 30 secs per script(it means 30 seconds per site)

hit the thanks if it works

Hey, thanks for the advice above. I downloaded and installed WAMP, Enabled Curl, copied and pasted the files (newest update thanks to BlackOut!) to C:\wamp\www but when I type http://localhost into firefox, I can't find any www link as is says here:

Yes uploaded the 8 or so files. Should I change the name of the run.html file? I tried changing the index.php file to index.htm and got a page full of gibberish when I went to localhost.

I have been trying for hours to get autocommentor working on my local desktop. I am running wamp locally and all i keep getting is these damn errors..

this is not my script, it is the o.ps - i am just giving support for it
you just ignore them messages- ypu will see that some should still manage to post from what i remember - i dont think i changed the max input time - its the timeout limit and the momeory limit that needs changing. you have done the memory limit, you need to change the overall timeout to 99999, but not the timeout PER script.

I changed the "memory_limit = 999999M" line but none of the lines say "timeout" like you keep posting, I have these lines:

max_execution_time = 30 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 60 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
;max_input_nesting_level = 64 ; Maximum input variable nesting level
memory_limit = 999999M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB)

Now I'm getting this:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\autocommenter.php on line 130

Does anybody have a working windows version they can just share?

For the I.P. issue why not run it on "local host" through Multiproxy. A now aging but still "robust" piece of software. Google for it..runs and XP still. Very easy with minimal proxy knowledge. And best part it is free.
