Problems with Market Samurai keyword research

I tried looking for a solution but only found threads with people having the same problems I'm having lol..

Trying to use the keyword research, when trying to generate keywords it stops progressing around 30%-60%.. Tried switching the account to no avail. Any idea what's causing this?

Do you have the latest update? I was having some issues with mine until I updated. I'm guessing the changes Google is making is causing troubles for MS?

Some days Market Samurai doesn't work properly. But they always fix it very fast, so don't worry, try 12 hours later or the next day and always update to the latest version.

I'm actually in the same situation as you. Market Samurai is getting slower and slower every day. It's not so fast comparing to the day i bought it, 5 months ago. I'm getting a little bit frustrated because i can't do a reliable and fast keyword research.

Do you feel the same?

I have only had it a few months, I haven't really noticed to be honest. This is the first major problem I've run into.

Yes, i've thanked the post because it's it. Sometimes try to restart your PC and Modem/Internet Connection too

Having the same problems, it just freezes at 41% or so. But look at their support page, and then on submit a ticket. You'll find a table with issue number 23 and it says that error at keyword retrieval still unsolved...
