this is really good idea, I could monitor finally my employees in India. But are you sure such workers will not block this app in some way?

Sounds great! There are lots of this kind of product out there. You guys can google it. I'm using IP-guard to monitor my employees and I think it's pretty good. It has plenty monitoring features but not only screen monitoring. Hope you can get your favorite monitoring software.

Dude, if it works well i am 100% in by all means. Just think of the oDesk saving if yiu hire directly and monitor the workers yourself. That is 10% of all oDesk fees saved!

Should have some type of feature that they log in and their time while on the computer is tracked, you should think about that if it isn't already added.
