Traffic Management Scripts?

I used to have some traffic management scripts a few years ago that would allow customers to log in and manage their campaigns.

Do any of you guys know of any good traffic scripts that are out there nowadays that let you sell traffic to others?

I was going to have something custom coded but figured I ask you guys first.

sorry, thought i still had the script up on my pc, guess not, have a expired traffic script, but not traffic management.
