using scrapebox on vps then got a MEMORY ERROR MESSAGE

scrapebox asked me to send them a detailed message. it just died on me.

harvested 134,000 urls.
then simple fast posting.
then it died.

whats wrong?

is it my vps or scrapebox?

I have been processing lists under 100k since I have been getting these same messages. Under 100k and have not been getting these crashes
