In my old apartment (shared) our Internet dies for bandwidth limit reach. I thought that maybe the Internet is just low bandwidth.

I have my own Internet now (100gb per month) but my ProxyBonanzy (3gb) said I've reached my bandwidth limit. I just used Scrapebox for the first time this month!!!

Can I use my regular Internet access for this or should I buy a VPS?

Just get a vps. Home internet connection is not good for scrapeox. It uses a lot of bandwidth.

I live in denmark, so luckily no bandwidth limits, and i have a decent 50mbit line. i do maybe 4000-5000 postings and link checking etc. and that uses roughly 5-6gb of bandwidth in total. But i guess it varies a lot depending on the sites your posting on? dunno.

I use minimum of 1 Terabyte of bandwidth every month so for me VPS was necessary.

It actually depends upon your usage

I use it for finding auto approve blogs and generally spend close to 35 gb per month

I am thinking of using a vps for this now....

I think you can see amount of consumed traffic somewhere in the bottom bar in scrapebox

when i was scraping tons of wordpress blogs for one of my projects I was able to reach 10GB/hour very easily.

Please tell me m,ore about a good vps or the ones you use. i am about to get SB and would also like to know if there are any system requirements and all..

Your bandwidth depends on how you use it. I have Verizon FIOS and have used scrapebox on my home connection and I have actually done between 50 and 60 Gigs in a day on my home connection with no problem. Depends on what your ISP policies are for bandwidth and usage. We can't help you here, you actually need to contact your ISP for there policies. Or get a vps/dedicated server and contact them.

All my servers are on a 1GB line and have unlimited b/w

Yeah, A VPS is definitely the way to go - solves a lot of headaches.

Yeah I was wondering about a VPS as well, as my connection doesn't like the bandwidth being zapped, however, with a VPS does that mean I have to install my copy of scrapebox on there then?

Scrapebox only goes to one computer and one license. So if you want to move it, I believe its a fee ,but Im not sure, or you would have to buy another copy of Scrapebox.
