Course is by Tony Zayas, Jorg Schmidt and Jeff ?Herschy? Schwerdt s. They promote their course to create sites with their software, get them ranked, and then lease them out to local businesses. Any thoughts , opinions, or referrals would be greatly appreciated as the course sells for 2K. thanks

don't waste your time or money. HEre it is in a nutshell...
1. purchase long tail keywords and build single page sites, i.e. Alpharettamovers dot com
2. lease them in bundles of 5, 10, 20 or 50 at monthly rates from 250-1500
3. lease them to local business and redirect all traffic to the businesses home page
4. include phone.com number with tracking ability to refer phone business to aforementioned client
5. rinse and repeat
6. walk out into lawn, pick up large piece of dog shit, ask it a question,
7. having received no response, consider yourself having been mentored by jeff schwerdt
