Scrapebox Help Plz

I've been trying to harvest wordpress blog posts using the "intitle:" function but it is yielding no related results. So, for example if I was to use intitle:lebron james I would expect to see the pages related to lebron james but it instead is just posting totally random url's not remotely related to my subject. Has anyone else experienced similar results ? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you put the whole phrase in quotes.

Also, if you have AOL search engine checked, it might be giving crappy results because as far as I'm aware, it doesn't have advanced search operators like "intitle:"

I just tried it and got relevant results for lebron james and a few other terms for both intitle: and allintitle:

Can you verify that you put a colon after "intitle" in the footprint box?

Yes I had a colon. Paincake mentioned not to use AOL because it does not have advanced search for that. I did use Yahoo because I was getting errors when using the google search. Perhaps that is the issue. I also tried inurl: and that works fine.

By the way, google is the only search engine that has "allintitle:" operator, so you should always use "intitle:"

Only G00ble and Yahoo will recognize:

intitle:Lebron intitle:James

(phrasing your search like this will yield AND for both terms somewhere in the title)

Bing and AOL do not use the intitle operator.

I forgot to add, G00ble will block your ip fast when using the intitle operator, so use proxies.

Bing DOES have intitle: operator. It would be illogical, for yahoo to have it ant not bing, because yahoo is powered by bing nowadays.
