register blogs and comment software

Is there any software can automatically register blogs and verify email account,and then comment them?
pls advice,thanks

i use tua mamma for the commenter, it free back then and really works, but now i got akismet block every comment i made trough it, i test it to my wordpress blog, and it just got the same result..any one share any free automatic blog commenter ?
