SB Link checker problems

So I had the same comment 7 times, one per line, and just changed the anchor text and link on each.

Ex:

Great post! <a href="link1.com">Link1</a>
Great post! <a href="link2.com">Link2</a>
Great post! <a href="link3.com">Link3</a>
Great post! <a href="link4.com">Link4</a>
Great post! <a href="link5.com">Link5</a>
Great post! <a href="link6.com">Link6</a>
Great post! <a href="link7.com">Link7</a>

Then on SB I tried to load a list of links in this format

link1.com
link2.com

etc (one per line) and loaded my submitted comment list

Now it's saying I have 0 auto approve out of 60k when I know at least one of those is autoapprove. Did I load the list wrong or something? Can it only check one link at a time?
