Scrapebox - Max number of results or keywords?

Hey,
is there a max number of keywords or results (scraped websites)?
I added about 1.5 million keywords into srapebox but only got 50k results..

Thanks for your advice!

from what i have seen scrapebox only scrapes 1 million links then you got to spilt it i loaded 900k keywords and got 7 million links but had to break it down from the harvest sessions folder
