Quick Tutorial for ScrapeBox

Hi, I bought ScrapeBox months ago. At beginning, I used it very much, but with unsuccess. I got few approved comments. Now I have to promote some proxy sites. I like to watch a video or read some stuff about scrapebox to be fit. Some suggestions?
