I think that guy stopped supporting his software ages ago. I originally bought trackback submitter & one of his other products (forgot) and he no longer responds to e-mail.

I dunno, but I gotta say this is absolutely not my experience. I have all the Adsenseboy tools and regularly visit the Adsenseboy forum. He's answered all my questions, and the latest update to one of the tools happened mere days ago.

If you're looking for support, go there first - I can't think of one person on that forum who hasn't been helped by Adsenseboy pretty quickly with any technical problems.

Just wanted to provide a more balanced view of this.....

Well as you see I am talking directly with him, this is a support-ticket from his support-system and it is HIM answering personally.

I was using version 4.7 of Trackback Submitter (dated August 2008). It´s all installed correctly as you see and it also does post to the blogs and I see the blogs checking my site as well, but not one comment passes, they all are recognized as SPAM obivously. Since Akismet is available this method doesn´t seem to work anymore.

Great thing is that he recgonizes this himself in the ticket as you see. However, he still refuses to give a refund because I am not in the 7 days test-range anymore. Though it´s obviously that the software is not working at all anymore and he confirmed that indirectly - so what would he keep my money for? The software runs license-check on each run via his server, so if he deactivates my license I can´t use it anymore anyway and the whole PHP scripts are crypted with ZEND, so it´s all useless for me once he de-activates my license, apart from that the software doesn´t work anyway anymore. So it would be easy for him to just do that and send my money back and that´s it - instead he decides to keep it and leave me with nothing in return - he also deactivated my license now because the Cronjobs of the script return "Invalid License" to me now. VERY GREAT guy, but he has choosen the wrong one to do that rip-off with.

I will spread this report to every place I know and also have connected with the other victims at http://www.ripoffreport.com/searchre...submit2=Search and we are about to order a lawyer in his country (Lithuania) with our cases - if he thinks he can get away with being in Lithuania he is wrong.

And while you are mentioning his Forums, beside that they are pretty empty in terms of Posts, I don´t see the "raving" people he is speaking of. Instead I see that others have the exact same problem as I have, posted to 100´s of URLs and no backlinks (1 for this guy after posting to hundreds of URLs):

The author should simply regconize that the way the software worked a few years ago is not possible anymore because of very good SPAM-plugins and Akismet nowadays, so when posting to 1000 URLs (and that was my amount in the end), you receive maybe 1 backlink and that´s definetely not what is advertised for his software. So he should simply admit that it´s no-more-effective and either improve the script or refund customers who just bought it and have no results with it anymore. For me it´s though a simple end-result: I have paid 150$ for 0 backlinks, great, isn´t it? This is simply called "false advertising" and that´s about it - money back should be the simplest thing to do for him when seeing this, but of course you don´t get rich from refunds and you feel safe from law if you live in Lithuania, but he will see that both is not the case.

Yes, definetely not will stop until I´ve got back my money, whatever that involves.

And btw, I´ve also used manually written comments with the script as recommended in his Forum via http://www.webmasterbook.net/ Doesn´t change anything though, Akismet catches them all.

I'm going to call him on this on his forum and see if I get a response. Will let you know what happens.

Just out of curiosity - what is your opinion of the rest of the tools? I find Social Bookmark Submitter and Blog Comment Poster to be pretty good, although BCP comments do get rejected quite regularly....

The best use of his stuff by far is to install Adsense Money Maker on the "back end" of your domain, with your main landing page on top - seems to drive good organic search traffic.....

OK guys, I am about to order a lawyer in Lithuania to settle a classaction lawsuit against Mindagaus Lipskas / Adsenseboy. Eventually we will also get a lawyer from the USA involved since basically Plimus, Inc. is also responsible as the reseller.

I´ve already spoken with a local lawyer in Lithuania there who would take this case. If anyone of the other vicitims who didn´t get there money back yet is interest to join the lawsuit, please PM me here and I will inform you about the next details once I have them.

Just an update of a first success after informing his hoster that they are hosting a SCAMER/SPAMER: http://www.adsenseboy.com/ , http://www.post-comments.com/ , http://www.commentposter.com/ have been taken down already!

After emailing Plimus on EVERY email address I have found on plimus.com I just received this:

Seems like my heavy "promotion" of his various SCAMs that are easily found with Google to his webhosts/payment processor/internet provider has helped convincing Plimus in refunding this before it gets worse for them! I am also in the hope that they will stop doing business with him regarding the many SCAMs he did to other people as well. And that his other payment processor whom I informed about this as well (2CO) and who already emailed me back that they sent this to the risk-department already as well as the webhosts for his other products will discontinue working with him like the company that hosted adsenseboy.com already did.

Only this way we can prevent further SCAMs from him for other people.

And just in case someone is also still waiting for his refund from Adsenseboy, here is what you should do:

Hi guys,
You know, I have learned that online, you win some and lose some. I accept the fact that I will make some purchases that I later regret, that's life.

But I can honestly say that if I could have just 5 minutes in a room alone with Adsenseboy, I would try my best to bring harm to his body.

I have tried to get help with his bookmark poster...on his support forums...and all I get are vague, stupid responses from other 'raving customers' that I am convinced are either his friends, or him. I mean stupid, completely useless answers that always seem to blame the user and not the coder; which to be fair is the case a lot of times...but not all the time.

His software sounds great, but he rarely updates the stuff and when you do try to get a refund, he suddenly appears just full of advice. Beware guys, if you try his stuff and are not happy...get your refund ASAP and don't buy into his "a new update coming next week will fix your problem". Its BS, he's stalling long enough for your guarantee to run out.

Just 5 minutes...I don't need long.

Sorry to hear about that! We will bring him to justice, don´t worry, I am doing my best. Hurting him on his earnings which he currently can´t make any anyway (since all payments are processed via the Adsenseboy.com website which is down since 24 hours already) is most likely a better option than hurting his body.

Though if his payment processors are curious, they will kick him off as well as I warned them as mentioned. So even if he gets new hosting, he doesn´t have a way to collect payments at least not with 2co.com plimus.com and not with paypal.com so not TO much options left for someone from Lithuania.
Also, and will be the beste case, his internet provider has been informed and hopefully they will cut him off the net. It´s difficult to find another provider in Lithuania, there are not so many like here where you have 1000 of choices and simply move to the next one if there is a problem.

Posters don't work for me too, but not 100% sure that I did everything right. Since adsense maker works well (ads were disabled in only 2 sites from ~30 within almost year) and it really increased earnings, I count that total price of 3 tools were covered by adsense maker, and some profit left. So wouldn't hurry to call this guy as scam, because got total crap tools in the past, which made no money at all.

However, don't understand why he/they haven't done refund for such 'angry' customer It's always better to avoid any conflicts, especially when only refund is needed.

Well, I can get angry indeed when a company just takes my money. You see in the RipOff-Report that I first inquired friendly if something might be wrong, then he took a look and confirmed all is OK, but the SPAM-protection of blogs has become to good. Then silence from him after my next reply asking for a refund. ACtually I did believe he would just do it by himself without me further asking for it since he noticed himself the software is doing nothing for me - so what should I pay him 150$ for then? But then you see what happened and how he still refused to refund even after knowing the software is not working and even after he just de-activated my license as well so that I could not even try to use it anymore as the script does a license check via his server each time it runs - you can imagine that in this case, I got VERY angry because he basically said: "******** off, you can´t do anything anyway and I have your 150$ anyway".

And honestly, what really made me go mad (and that one is not in the support ticket I posted) is that he said: do whatever you want young lady!

So I DID exactly what he recommended and did whatever I wanted and started to close down his business step by step.

adsenseboy.com is already gone and I am sure the remaining hosters will follow for his other sites.
Btw, on those other sites which are still working he now has changed the "buy" URLs. Those were redirected via Adsensboy.com before, now they go directly to his payment processors.
And actually I see that only Plimus.com is left as 2co now also has closed his payment processing. He used 2co for http://www.youtube-poster.com/ now he does it via Plimus. Crazy though that Plimus hasn´t closed his account yet after all the reports I´ve provided to them. Maybe time to target Plimus now?

I've read whole thread before posting, including that part about 'young lady' I agree, there are reasons to be angry... If they canceled the license and not refunded - sure, it's violation.

What according payment processing companies, some are very strict, and some are not. Paypal, 2CO are known as very strict. Seems that Plimus aren't - received complaint, made refund for unsatisfied customer and think that issue resolved? No more ideas...

However, some people probably wouldn't like that 'adsenseboy' was gone forever. Why? Because during each script installation, license is always checked. Not sure, but such verification is done by connecting to his/their site? In such case, no more new 'adsense money maker' copies could be installed? (Despite it earned me some $, I haven't been installing such sites within ~half year - so it wouldn't be big miss for me. Not sure about others...)

Well, then maybe he will regconize that he has to change some of his business tactics and all should be fine. In the end I didn´t "hack" any of his sites or something, I just collected reports of other ripped off people and me and emailed that to his hosters/payment processors, that they deactivated him was their descicion and they wouldn´t have had done it if they wouldn´thave seen a reason right?

Just an update: adsenseb*oy.com is back online unfortunately. He switched over to Rover-Host (www.rover-host.com speaks for itself). However, I´ve informed rover-hosts backbonecarrier about this and am sure they will take steps as well.

I second the motion also....I bought some software from him...and its crap...it worked for like 2 weeks then just stopped.

Mindaugas no longer holds dimereseller.com - dimereseller.com went down with over a weeks downtime and has been cheating customers for months now with bad service.

For refunds - I am dealing with Mindaugas for almost two years and everything was solved with him if you use his DIRECT SUPPORT DESK AT or email him at THE REAL PROBLEM IS ACTUALLY PLIMUS!!!

He is using plimus for his payment processor and plimus has cheated many
affiliate sales out of me and the communication between plimus customer
service and their customers is a NIGHTMARE. So I had major issues with plimus
but NEVER with Mindaugas as I have close contact with him.

And his scripts are checked for validity and if someone forces a refund the software
stops working of course. If you have install problems or anything you submit a support ticket and usually get a reply within 2 working days!

And I can tell that his scripts are working, I use them for almost 2 years as well.

This guy ‘s products are totally scam! You buy his products, you see that they malfunction and are not usable, you ask for refund and he says no there is no refund. He wants you to pay by paypal since paypal do not send you any refund.

I bought two of his products adsense moneymaker and trackback. I saw their mal functionality and 48 hours after purchase I asked for a full refund. He wrote me back that his products functions and he will not issue any refund!
A couple of days later one of the files turned out missing and all my work and links were gone! I wrote back in order for him to fix it and he said since I asked for refund the system will not work as it stands in the user guide which was totally BS! Anyways! When I searched online I found these people who has already trapped in his net and burned by his scamming website and products.

This person call himself Mindaugas and his sale department is called Plimus.
His location is in Kaunas/ Lithuania I am sure I of it since I have filed a ripoff report through my government.
He took my $250 and I wanted to all know this person is not reliable nor trustworthy. Beware and do not purchase from him. You never get your money back. Paypal will not refund either since PayPal’s refund policy does not cover online e-book and online software. However if you purchase an item and the product is shipped to you then you can send back the product and get your money back. Otherwise if you buy something online and get it right after purchase, say good bye to your money if the product does not work. You never get your money back.

Why didn't you all just call your payment company and dispute the charge based on "product does not perform as advertised"? That's one way to do a chargeback, but here's the kicker: Chargebacks COST THE BUSINESS (not the customer) $$$. Then, you'll literally be making him pay. Enough chargebacks and they'll raise his rates and/or close his account.
