It should be a false positive.
ScrapePro.Install.exe is an installer created with NSIS, application files (.exe, .dll) are compiled from scratch before bundling. Bundling is made on a newly installed virtual machine.

I installed the program and did the registration. After i complete the register process the program closed...cant start it anymore.

File decaptcher.dll will be not included from version 1.0.0.1176 because this file is often misinterpreted as a virus. If you need Decaptcher support, you can download this file separately from http://www.scrapepro.com/install/decaptcher.dll
