Hi,

Im using URL Harvester 2008. I have saved around 340 000 URLs when used dictionary. But many of these urls are not usefull for me, because im using Ultimate Wordpress Commenter and it needs only blog post urls.

Any recommendation what to do with this URL list and PLEASE give me recommendation what tool to use to crawl huge amount of Wordpress blog URLs from the net?

I mean not 1000 blogs, but lets say 300 000 blog URLs..

Im using url harvester 2008 also with UWCS.. And it works great.
So what´s your problem?

What kind of Blogs do you search? ...i ask you because i`ve found out that UWCS doesn`t post on blogspot.com, wordpress and many other blogs.

If You are searching for WP blogs, what phrase/dictionary you are using?

scrapebox is great for harvesing. Plus you can remove duplicates

And use alot of multiple keywords.
I use to get around 600 blog urls to post on per keyword.

i use hrefer with footprint ‘Leave a Reply’ ‘Name “(required)”‘ ‘Mail (will not be published) “(required)” i havent used uwcs is months but after reading this i did a fast harvest with hrefer loaded 6,271 blogs witch i harvested in 2 mins and got a 67% posted rate i never really used UWCS so if i get any success out of it i'll update i think there is a UWCS ver3.0 comeing out soon i have ver2.5 now

If anyone thinks its time for a new harvester/poster to hit the market PM me, and i'll start programming.

I have got them but cant get the URL Harvester to give any results, results say 0
