forum generators - which one is best?

I read about Blackhatzen in here.
And also found Jetconvo.

Which one is the best ?
I need to generate content for a forum that will be populated by real people in time...

And maybe later use it to get some forums going for links and CPA

Which one is best, do you recommend them?
