Default Suggest a good sitemap url extractor

I want to extract the urls from my sitemaps so I can import them into XRumer for some deeplink spamming.
Can you guys suggest a script I can use for this task, would be great if it also extracted the title of the page along with the url.
These are not wp blogs I already have a plugin that extracts the urls from my blogs.

Do you have a html version of the sitemap?

Cause hell, then you could just copy and paste the list of URL's from your browser. Most sitemap generators also have the option to output a simple HTML version of it.

no its a xml sitemap, but its not a bad idea to use one of those sitemap generator websites and output my site map as html but i would really like to have the page titles/keywords also.
